For many people, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) is a new concept – even though it has been in use for 25 years and empirically supported. I have attached a video for viewing to provide more information on EMDR and how the therapy works. https://tv.newlife.com/video/emdr-how-it-works-240?access_key=db9a62d8d442db5012a2277798a18068&utm_campaign=staff_post&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter

This therapy is useful for helping adults and children with anxiety, depression and trauma. One of the great benefits of this therapy is that issues can usually be resolved in a relatively shorter period of time in comparison to other traditional types of therapy.

If you are suffering and would like to know more about treatment options, please reach out to a therapist to learn more about EMDR and if this therapy may be helpful to you.
